“I would like to thank you and the Aqua Builders team for “a job well done” with the swimming pool and outside living space you built at our residence. As with many people looking to make this sort of investment, we talked a handful of contractors to best-gauge the market. During this exercise, its my belief that “first impressions count” something which Ebbn excelled in. He immediately gave me the confidence that he knew what he was doing, that he cared, and that Aqua Builders could build us what we wanted. The renderings quickly followed which immediately impressed us. It was clear that the team had listened intently and captured our design brief, all while adding some flair which we would not have thought about! We were sold! After some fine tuning of the quote, we signed, and work commenced. Immediately we were super impressed with the crews, their friendliness and more importantly how much they respected our home and desire to keep the job site amazingly tidy. 4 months later, we were swimming! Invariably as with any construction project, there has been a small snagging list and I’m pleased to report that Aqua Builders have been 100% accountable and demonstrated a high degree of customer care and follow up. The end product? EXACTLY as it was depicted in the initial renderings. Would we recommend Aqua Builders? ABSOUTELY!

“We would like to thank all at AquaBuilder for the excellent job they did in installing our pool this spring. John Hamilton came up with a beautiful pool design which caught our eye. His design is very unique, luxurious, and fits very well with our hilly backyard. It was another level of a pool design compared to designs that other companies offered. He works very diligently and listens to us. I asked him if he could install a spinner in the playground. He did research on his own - found the spinner type that we described, and gave us an estimation. Also, When we had an issue with fence installation (we hired separately) to meet pool code, he contacted the city of Austin for us. Finally we were able to continue the installation. I am very impressed by profound knowledge of Ebbn Milks for pool construction. He took the time to answer all of our questions, was very informative, and offered very detailed design plans. Therefore the overall construction procedure was very smooth, and the final outcome was exactly the same as the original design. He accommodated our requests very well - flattening backyard for trampoline, extra steps, playground area and so on. He provided excellent advice on landscaping too. The pool construction started from mid Feb and completed in mid June. There was 4 weeks suspend due to covid-19 and fence issue, So actual construction took less than 3 months. I would not hesitate to recommend AquaBuilder to anybody seriously considering installing a pool. They did an excellent job.”
