With over 24 years in the pool industry,
Ebbns’ vast experience and knowledge
has earned him local recognition as a true waterscapes dreamer, designer, and engineer.

Ebbn began work with the pool industry in 1998. Milks graduated from Colorado State University with a BA in Business Administration – Finance in 2001.
He started his career by cleaning pools as a summer job which led to his understanding and mastering the art of quality pool remodeling. He worked hands-on with his crews to establish quality trade practice while creating unique solutions on problematic pools.

Ebbn established his first pool construction company in 1998, starting his entrepreneurial evolution in the industry. A year later he started a new company focusing on existing condo pool remodels. Over the next 20 years, Ebbn gained experience and knowledge working within a variety of pool companies.
Some of his accomplishments include:

• Successfully completing 60 water in transit builds

• Becoming a member of NSPI in 2002 with Liquid Assets

• Winning the Masters of Design, International In-ground Spa of the Year

• Building the pool for the set of The Real World Austin

In 2010 Milks moved into a full ownership role and transitioned the company to Aqua Builders. With the same focus on residential construction as the base model for the company, Aqua Builders has grown to be a national construction company working in site work, architectural and structural concrete, masonry and hardscapes, and complete construction management services. Aqua Builders has also brought top level design and management together to compliment the high end construction execution strategy.
